i. To perform background verification that are required by legislation or XTEN System Solution internal policies and practices;
ii. To provide products and services and to communicate with clients as part of providing products and services;
iii. To respond to queries or comments on XTEN System Solution products and services;
iv. To update clients on existing and new products and services, and other matters related to the services and products of XTEN System Solution;

XTEN System Solution may obtain clients personal data from the following sourcces including but not limited to:

iii. Business card (digital/physical)

v. Digital communication such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and others

We may disclose clients personal data to the following parties for the following purposes in the course of or in connection with providing our products and services:
i. To our agents and sub-contractors for the purposes of providing products and services to our clients on our behalf.

XTEN System Solution employ a range of technological and physical security arrangements and maintain safefuards to protect against accidental or unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, deletion amd other similar risks to Personal Data.

We are very serious about providing a comparable level of protection for personal data should the information be processed or used outside Malaysia by our vendors or experts.
9. Data Subjects’s Obligations
It is necessary for XTEN System Solution to collect and to retain clients personal data. Therefore, it is also obligatory for clients to supply personal data to use in the most accurate manner. If the cliens do not provide us with personal data, XTEN System Solution are unable to, process personal data on clients behalf, for the Purpose stated in clause 4 herein, or effectively render our products and services to clients, and all relationships created or to be created between us shall then be terminated and ceased to be in effect immediately.
10. The Rights of Data Subject
Clients have the right to request for access to personal data processed by us on a reasonable notice. Access requests can be made through written request.
Clients have the rights to request for correction and/or update of your personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Correction request can be made through written request.
Clients are entitled to limit our processing of personal data by expressly withdrawing the consent given previously, in each case, including for direct marking purposes subject to any application legal restrictions, contractual conditions and within a reasonable time period.
